What Fíchame is
Fíchame is a platform where footballers of legal age create a sponsorship profile: their numbers, achievements, and contact details. Sponsorship campaigns are arranged through Fíchame as the intermediary between the athlete and the sponsoring business. Fíchame also operates Fíchame Futuro, a separate space for players under 18, controlled by their parents or guardians, with no sponsorships or payments, under its own rules described in our privacy notice.
Who can use Fíchame
You need to be 18 or older to create a sponsorship profile. The information you provide (date of birth, club, contact details) has to be accurate. If we find false information, we may suspend your account. The exception is Fíchame Futuro: there, the profile belongs to a minor, but the account and control always belong to the parent or guardian, never the minor. The parent or guardian is the one accepting these terms on the minor's behalf and in respect of their profile, under Fíchame Futuro's specific rules described in our privacy notice.
Your content and data are yours
The photos, videos, achievements, and other content you upload remain yours. By creating your profile, you grant us permission to display it on your public page within Fíchame, nothing more.
Honesty about your numbers
Numbers you enter manually must be truthful; don't inflate followers or engagement. Numbers marked as verified come directly from your connected account and can't be edited.
Prohibited content and categories
We don't accept campaigns for betting, alcohol, tobacco, vaping and nicotine, adult content, supplements or substances risky for athletes, or high-risk financial products. Every sponsored post must include the #publicidad tag. Your sponsored content can't show your club's uniform, crest, or facilities without the club's authorization. Fíchame can reject any campaign that breaks these rules or that damages your image.
Campaigns and payments
Fíchame coordinates campaigns between businesses and athletes. The specific terms of each campaign (what's delivered, when, and how payment works) are agreed separately in each campaign, not in these terms.
Deleting your account and data
You can permanently delete your account whenever you want with the "Eliminar mi cuenta" button in your dashboard. For more detail on what data we hold and how to delete it, see our privacy notice and how to delete your Instagram data.
The service as it is
We're in an early stage. The service is provided as is, with no guarantees, and may change as we keep improving it.
