Delete your Instagram data

If you connected your Instagram account to Fíchame, here's what we hold and the three ways to delete it.

What we hold

  • Your Instagram access token (encrypted).
  • Your follower count and engagement, verified directly with Instagram.
  • Your account's audience (cities, ages, gender), if Instagram shared it with us.

Three ways to delete it

  1. From your dashboard

    Go to Redes sociales and tap "Desconectar y borrar datos de Instagram." Everything is deleted instantly.

  2. From Instagram

    Remove Fíchame from the "Apps and websites" list in your Instagram or Facebook account settings. Instagram notifies us and we delete your data automatically.

  3. By email

    Write to us at contacto@fichame.pro.

What happens next

The token, your verified numbers, and your verified audience are deleted. Data you entered manually on your profile stays as is. You can reconnect your Instagram whenever you want.

Fíchame Futuro profiles

If you created a Fíchame Futuro profile for your child, you can delete it completely from your dashboard anytime, or write to us at contacto@fichame.pro and we'll delete it for you. This removes the profile, the photo, and the data you gave us.
